The Company expanded with time and now offers a wide range of services, including development, marketing and sales of properties, property management and engineering maintenance services.

 Stademos Hotels Plc

Formerly a member of the Group, but currently a public company listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, Stademos Hotels Plc owns and operates two highly regarded hotels on the island – the Mediterranean Beach Hotel in Limassol and the Elysium in Paphos. The construction of both hotels was undertaken by Stavros Demosthenous Contractors, which is at the same time a major shareholder of Stademos Hotels Plc.
